Accordingly, there is a cancellation fee should you wish to cancel your HIP after placing an order. You will be advised of our cancellation fee at the point at which you place an order, or earlier. To cancel your HIP before it is fully assembled you must notify us in writing and (a) pay us a cancellation fee of £50 and (b) reimburse us any costs which we have already reasonably incurred on your behalf or will reasonably incur as a consequence of your cancellation. The balance of the purchase price previously paid to us by you shall be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.”
